AMC Member Center Registration Instructions

Go to the AMC Homepage (www.outdoors.org) and click on "Member Center."
Click on "Member Validation" and the first validation screen will appear. Enter your membership ID number. (Your ID number can be found above your name on the AMC Outdoors magazine address label.) If you cannot locate your ID number, please contact AMC Member Services at 1-800-372-1758 Mon. to Fri., 9am to 5pm Eastern time. After you enter the membership ID number, click "next".
The next screen will ask you to select your name. This screen allows each person listed in a family membership to have their own individual Member Center Account. After you select a nam, click "next".
The next screen will prompt you to establish your user id and password. Select and enter the user id and password of your choice. You will then be asked to verify you password, setup a security question that will allow you to retrieve the id and/or the password should you forget either, and then enter a two-word security code that is designed to prevent spammers from using automated programs from getting into the site. After you enter the required information, click on "submit".
You are now registered! The log-on screen will appear. Enter your user ID and password, and you will be logged in.

Go to the AMC Homepage (www.outdoors.org) and click on "Member Center."
Click on "access the member center". You will then be prompted for your user ID and password. Enter them and you will be in.
If you have forgotten either or both click on the appropriate link and the information will be emailed to you.
